A terracotta amphora jug with a rounded, full body and two arched handles rising to a banded neck, finished in a dark glaze where the handles meet the rim. The surface is heavily weathered, worn back to bare terracotta in places with pale mineral deposits settled into the texture. Vessels of this type were traditionally used across Turkey for storing water, oil, or wine, the twin handles making them easier to carry or lift when full. Works well as a floor-standing piece filled with tall dried or fresh stems, or left empty as an object in its own right.
