Set of Acorn Candelabra

Price

£58.00

A pair of brass candelabras, likely French, 19th or early 20th century. The central stem rises to elegantly curved arms, each terminating in a candle holder, the acorn finial defining the decorative detail, a motif that runs through French and broader European decorative metalwork from the Empire period onward.

Brass was the common material for candelabras in the 18th and 19th centuries, with designs typically following silver styles of the same period. These are the perfect dining table pieces to sit at the centre of a table.
